Anyone had the pleasure of drinking some? I just bought a bottle for my mechanic for fixing my car of McClellands Single Malt Scotch Whisky Highland and that stuff is might tasty.

Any of you scotch drinkers? What's the brand you prefer? I keep hearing Single Malt is the only way to go..any thoughts?

I prefer single malts to blends, but there are some good blends out there. Personally, I like Highland Park. I think 1369 likes Aberlour. I started a recommendation thread a while back.

I like drinking the Famous Grouse/black grouse from time to time.

Dalmore 15 year is a mighty fine single malt.

I love scotch but usually on a budget. I like dewars but whenever I can I love single malt.
