no Kobe , easy win for the Lakers. However I think the spurs can steal it if Kobe ends up trying to be the warrior and shoot lakers out of the game.

If the Spurs can remember how to close, they'll win.

Spurs haven't won in LA in 3 years.

I don't expect that to change come Monday.

I don't think the Spurs have lost to the Lakers on a RRT.

No Kobe, possibly no Bynum.

Again the Spurs get to play the Lakers without their full complement of stars.

Not the Spurs fault Bynum breaks easily.

But, LA is so much better than SA. SA are scrubs. High school level team, barely.

And yup Phila, the Finley 3 ball from long range in OT was the last win in LA.

We aren't doing jack this year?

Last I checked we have the best record in the Western Conference and #2 record overall.

So why are you making excuses then? You have the #2 record overall? Number 2 is just the first loser son.

Everyone in the West is incredibly inconsistent, outside of Denver and Utah.

You'll go to the Finals, but lose in 5. This year's Laker team is brutal defensively. And Kobe's body is breaking down, I hope he plays tomorrow, but he should take 2 weeks off or at the very least miss the ASG.

I'm up for Kobe trying to play on one foot, and still try and carry the team. And this is turning into a jinx thread. Quit voting for the Spurs damn it!

Too bad it's not a back to back game for the Spurs so Tim would be resting. Spurs would have a better chance to win.

Spurs by 6 (no jinx here)
I was sure we would beat Portland (kobe or not) after the crap performance on Friday ...
And i think we lose because SA will want it more than we do ...
Won't matter in the playoffs we beat SA in 6 games or less ...

No Way Bryant sits out again and watches "his guys" win another game without him.

Bryant will be back, he will be gunning like nobody's business, and the Spurs will win.

Killakobe81
02-08-2010, 02:39 PM
LOL SPurs will win but not cuz of Kobe "gunning" ...Spurs need it worse than we do ...
But if Spurs lose ....that says A LOT for a regular season game ...
