Stats don't lie...looks like Bynum's 15 and 8 just didn't cut for Stern to name him as a replacement.
"Chris Kaman has replaced Brandon Roy for the Western Conference in the All-Star game."

For once, there is justice in the NBA.
Congratulations to Chris Kaman, a far more deserving player this year than Bynum.

Haha...now Kamen gets to go to practice with Pau after he said that Pau didn't deserve to be an all-star. That's got to be awkward for Kamen now.

This makes a Laker championship even more impressive this year.
Would have taken away from it a bit if the Lakers actually had 3 All Stars.
So much for the "stacked" team theories :lol

Right, because Kaman is really terrified of Gasol:lol
:lmao my thoughts exactly

Bynum would have been a much better choice.

You mean it looks much more impressive for Kobe right? Cause I mean noone's going to take anything away from the Lakers team if theyre stacked and win the title.

Bynum would have been a much better choice.
Why's that?

Why's that?
Because Kaman's just a player putting up empty numbers on a horrible team. He's been pretty disappointing any time there have been any expectations on him and the team. Bynum's having a really good season on a team with huge pressure on it night in and night out.

That's a horrible move. Carlos Boozer was clearly a better choice.

Yeah, Boozer seems like the most deserving of the bunch of initial snubs.

Why not Brooks? his team has a better record then most of teh snubs EXCEPT boozer ...

Boozer would have been a good choice, too. Bynum isn't an All Star, Lakers fans.

Bynum was not really close imo. Should have been Gasol.

Everytime I look at Kaman's stats I am utterly unimpressed. 49.7% from the field for a center? Meh. Less than 5 FT's per game as a center? Meh again. 1.4 blocks for a center? Meh... extremely high turnover rate? Meh.
This guy is good, but his 20/9 isn't as impressive as it seems.

Can't believe that a guy averaging 26+ ppg isn't in the all star game.

Kaman is probably the most overrated player in the NBA..
I have no idea how anybody can say he deserves it more than Boozer, there isn't even an argument..he's so ugly too, that should count for something..
