For the first time this season.

This is the VC Orlando traded for. Not the floor ornament Vince.

3 points off his career high score. If the Magic choke and it goes to OT we could have a new one.

He's been great in the month of February so far and since they got Lawrence Frank to join as a "consultant"..he had a horrible shooting game vs. Washington, but he made 10 free throws in that game..he's been great in the other 3 games of the month, including a completely dominant performance tonight..

Damn, he's only shooting 38% from the field this season, that's horrible :wow

Ginobili's been pretty awful too. He's at, what, 39%?

He shot 28% in January, which was by far the worst month of his career, which brings his whole shit down..hopefully he continues the February dominance..

He has a career high of 39. Try again.

He also takes a lot less shots than Carter, also lol at pointing out that 39 is his career high to trying to prove that he can't make 40 pts in a game.

Last I checked 39 is less than 40. You said Hedo can have 40 point games and idk what that's based off considering the fact he has never had a 40 point game. Vince has a career shooting % of 44.4 and Hedo has a career shooting % of 42.7. Vince is a more efficient scorer than Hedo.

Love this ORL team. Have always loved Vince's game and J-Dub's game has always been a guilty pleasure for me.

If things don't work out for SA this season, ORL's my backup plan.

It would be great to see Orlando win just so the Vince-sanity haters would shut up. People love to hate Vince for ditching Toronto when no other NBA star has ever felt like staying in Toronto.

It's not even that..the Toronto situation was heavily misunderstood by non-Raptors fans..Raptor fans exaggerate all the time..only one side of the story is used in arguments, and it's always the argument that shits on Vince..

Why today? He should be able to do this more often with that level of talent. But he has no heart, and the entry about him in Bill Simmons' Book of Basketball is spot on.

Well to be fair, Raptors fans overreact about everything, good and bad..(I like the Raptors too, and I go to Raptor games all the time)..

what was the misunderstanding? and what was the overreaction about?

I don't think there was any misunderstanding. He was mad because of free agent signings (or lack there of), hiring of a new GM and coach without consulting him.

But dude has no heart. He had already turned into a soft jumpshooter by this time. He dogged it the entire season until he was traded (16PPG/41% shooting suddenly shot up to 28 PPG/47%), suspected of tipping off his opponents etc.

Granted, the GM at the time was far worse than VC, trading him for a pack of Wrigley's Juicy Fruit. And personally, I think it's retarded to boo him like 5 years after the fact. But I find it hilarious he seems to gets more motivation playing in Toronto than he does actually trying win.
