I'm not. Maybe when it's 19 bucks. I thought the first one was/is vastly over-rated.

i rented it its been okay so far, only at the end of the second level though. I do like the new hacking system, it's alot faster

^nah. that's like saying fallout 3 is horror.

i bought into the hype of bioshock 1 and was severely disappointed. it was so boring that i never even finished. lame how you could take a big daddy on with a wrench and never get punished either with them tubes you would always respawn in. hacking was stupid as shit too.

definitely not getting this one. looks way too similar to the first.

if you guys like bioshock, i suggest system shock 2, an older game that i find vastly superior.

I just started playing this... it's like meh... I don't know... I couldn't manage to get myself to finish the first one, and this is kind of more of the same...

I guess the whole little girls with demon eyes thing feels so cheesy to me... hopefully it picks up after a while...

I finally finished STALKER-COP, so now I'm on to BIO2. I MFin loved the first BIO, so I'm expecting this one to be great. Letcha know when I've played it a bit

Same here. I played Bio1 and was blown away for the first hour or so of gamepley but after the luster wore off it started becomming stale very quickly. I never even finished it.

To me Bio2 looks more like an add-on then a whole sequal. Same thing with a few more tricks and tweaks.

Bioshock was much better before you kill Ryan for sure. I have the same doubts about the sequel too, and wonder how fresh the atmosphere can be once I have seen it all in first. With all that said, even though Bioshock dragged near the end and had one of the most anti-climactic finishes ever, the first 2/3 or so of the game was so good I still rank it as my favorite XBox360 game by far.

I didnt like the first one, but this one I am enjoying. Since I have got the the Spear gun and Telekinieses 2 (SP?), I'll spear a whatever im trying to kill, pull it back and keep spearing, lol

I'm mostly using chain lightning and whatever gun except the shotgun. When I'm harvesting adam, then I switch to freezing and the shotgun (which kills them fast, but leaves no bodies to get stuff from) or phosphor slugs from the shotgun. For the big sisters, just throw 2 or 3 portable turrets and they become a lot easier to kill.

loved the first. got 1100/1100 out of it.

Unfortunately this looks like a half assed attempt at a sequel and I'm not at all really up for it.

As completely raw and underdeveloped (better word would be crappy) as the online is on this game compared to what's out there now.. dare I say I actually really liked it.. for that simple reason that it was raw and pretty freaking basic.

Bio 2 is the truth. Best SP shooter I've played in quite some time, maybe since Crysis. A clear improvent over the first.

I really enjoyed the single player play through I had. Straight to the point, and I loved the different tactics you could use in a fight. Setting up turrets and calling in attack drones while sending out swarms of bees was really freaking fun. I'll probably have to buy this game when it gets down in price.
