The NBA announced this today. I'm just wondering, what the hell Kidd have done in the last few years in NBA? What happened to Tony Parker or Aron Brooks, who derserve to be there.

The only reason Kidd made it to the game, because its going to be in Dallas.

there are already multiple threads similar in NBA forum TBH. and the conclusion is also consolidated that Jason Kidd is the most deserving one to pick as the sub at this point of time.

If another vacancy is generated at the backcourt of west all-star team, like if Steve Nash re-breaks his nose somehow, then the most likely replacement will be TL IMHO despite how fine his team has been. ASG is fittingly designed for the most liked players rather than those who're technically the best.

I think Tony is in too.

Unfortunately, I don't think so.
