I say yes. With Hicksons emerging as a rising star, all they would need is just to sign or trade for a young center after this year and they are set for the next decade. What do you guys think?

No they won't. Shaq/Z will either be gone or even older and they will only have the MLE to land another player. They will need some damn good trades to build a team for the long haul. The team they currently have is pretty much built for this season.
