The Knicks save money in the deal and plan to waive Cardinal to open a roster spot that can be used in a trade of Nate Robinson.
The Wolves are thought to be intrigued by Milicic.
Both contracts are expiring.

Yeah, I really dont get this trade cuz they traded 7.5 mil worth of salary for 6.8 mil of salary!
