Finley needs more minutes. Its clear that we struggle on offense at time and Bogans cant do anything worth. Last year, we gave Finley a lot of crap but he's for sure did better than Bogans has done this year.

Finley+starting=playoffs=CHAMPIONSHIP!

With the current roster, there is absolutely nothing Pop can do to make the Spurs contenders. It would be best to give the minutes to Hairston.

Thats a great looking lineup. Bogans needs to go to the D-League....today!:bang

You're a fucking idiot if you think Finely is the answer to the spurs problems. :lol
Goes to show how much you about this team and basketball in general. Poopavich has already tried using him for smallball.

I dont Think Finley Is The Answer To A Championship.... But He Will Knock down A Wide Open Shot... Unlike Bogans, Jefferson, and Bonner(Since His Injury). He Is the Best Bet We Have For Now.....

Fin was played as PF in smallball, which is the reason why it didn't work.

wow! people asking to actually give Finley minutes. even since he fell out of the regular rotation i do not see him playing a crucial role again... thankfully.

Nah, nobody was willing to offer us nothing for him.

Actually, I like the idea of Finlry getting more minutes. With Ratliff gone, Pop could very easily put him at the center spot for 10 minutes per game. :downspin:

So if they weren't willing to offer us nothing for him, what did they offer us?

Actually, I preferred the idea of Finley, and his expiring contract, being used in a trade with any team that would net a younger, better player that would raise the talent level of the Spurs roster. Finley is a wasted roster spot and has been declining rapidly for about 3 years. Except Pop either doesn't notice or doesn't care.

Feels more like he's been in steady decline for about 10 years now.

I don't think it matters who starts at SF. They're all garbage. Personally, I'd like to see Duncan at C, Dice at PF, Manu at SG, Tony PG, and I don't give a shit who starts at SF. Coming off the bench: Hill at PG, Mase at SG, Ian at C, Blair/Bonner at PF, and RJ at SF. You could insert Fin, Hariston, Bonner, or Bogans starting at SF. One is hardly a better option than the other.
