NBA Player Handbook. Section VI, article 7, paragraph 15:

Gang rapings, or the attempt of such action, is strictly prohibited. Under no circumstance shall an NBA player, or personnel employed by the franchise, attempt such actions while the game is in play without the expressed, written consent from the televising station. Only in small, Eagle Pass hotel rooms may such actions occur without repercussion.
