UT basketball officials say that freshman basketball player Avery Bradley has not told them he will submit his name for the NBA draft, but FoxSports has reported that he will. Fox did not name its source.

According to the report, Bradley will submit his name without hiring an agent, enabling him to maintain college eligibility if he chooses to return to the Longhorns.

He will be a totally wasted first round pick.
No jumper, not a good dribbler, not a good passer, and questionable finishing ability amongst bigs.

He needs work.

Im holding out for Jordan Hamilton next season....His 3 stroke is awesome....great form and can knock it down from anywhere.

We draft a wing this year, then Hamilton next year and our starting SG and SF is set for the next decade, barring injuries. Add those two to Hill, Blair, Temple, and Splitter and our future doesnt look so bad afterall. It would be nice to be able to keep Ian, but I know we wont.

Splitter, Ian, SF, Hamilton, Temple would make a nice starting lineup in 2 years. Blair and Hill would give us a nice punch off the bench.

Avery Bradley sprained his left ankle in a workout in Oklahoma City on Sunday. X-Ray’s and MRI’s given by the Thunder were negative.

The sprain is considered mild to medium. Injury was bad enough that it’s ending Bradley’s workouts. More coming in Mon mega column

Avery Bradley has a "mild to soft medium left ankle sprain," according to his agent Mitchell Butler. Out next 7-10 days, so no more workouts

Bradley "injured it in Oklahoma City in 3 on 3 drill. Stepped on another player's foot going for a rebound.

Bradley has worked out for nine NBA teams (Miami, Oklahoma City, Toronto, Boston, Houston, Indiana, Utah, Detroit, LA Clippers) already.

"It doesn't make sense to risk Avery getting hurt and not playing in summer league," according to Butler. "We're thinking long term here."
