Dallas please do us a favor and sweep us. I want this season to be over ASAP when the playoffs start.

No way the Spurs hold on to the 7 seed; they're pretty much locked into the playoffs and the 8-seed.

If you look up FAIL in the dictionary today, you will see a picture of Roger Mason..Dude clanked sooo many wide open shots & couldnt guard a scarecrow..His game took a fat shit this year, no confidence whatsoever..Same goes for jefferson, for a veteran he always looks nervous..He had some rebounds today but gave them nothing else on O or D. He should be ashamed every time he gets his paycheck. Doesnt deserve 25% of it. haha

All these loses in close games are making the Spurs look much worse than they actually are. Their winning % in close games is bellow Sacramento's.

^^ Winning close games are signs of champions. Which Spurs are ovioiusly not.

And also. Wow, pretty sad Spur fans. It's one thing to understand we won't win any rounds, but saying "sweep us" and "beat us" to opposing fans. Please don't come to any of the Spurs' home games and cheer against them. Thank you.

Manu should've tied the game with a beautifully clutch 3 with seconds left, unfortunately 1/100th of his foot was on the damn line

Hmm... is it? Here's the winning % in close games from last season:

1. Dallas 0.760
2. New Orleans 0.700
3. Miami 0.667
4. Boston 0.655
5. San Antonio 0.632
6. Cleveland 0.613
7. Portland 0.600
8. Orlando 0.594
9. Utah 0.588
10. Phoenix 0.583

Teams that didn't make the playoffs did better than the champions. It happens all the time. This season the top 3 is Dallas, NO and Toronto.

It's time for Tim to ask for a trade...or a new coach. Maybe Avery?

Avery might not be terrible for the Spurs. There are no great young players for him to ruin.

Actually, you would probably have to say good bye to George Hill.

Hollinger was a hypocrite because according to his PER numbers, Jefferson was just an average player last season.

No way the Spurs hold on to the 7 seed; they're pretty much locked into the playoffs and the 8-seed.

The Spurs are going to lose 30+ games...easy (especially with Tony out for the remainder of the year). I'm not so sure they even make the Playoffs. I'm not actively rooting for them to lose, but this is one year that missing the playoffs would benefit them, IMO. Losing in 4 or 5 games to the Nuggets, Mavs or Lakers and getting embarassed, plus risking draft position isn't worth it. They have a lot of things to work out (i.e., signing Splitter, re-signing Manu).

we are so pathetic and irrevelant that we need to create our LMAO threads, the other fans just don't care anymore of the spurs losses

I'm ashamed that a lot of Spurs "fans" come on here and make comments like this. I do, however, expect this of other teams' fans who are envious of the Spurs success over the years. Not sure if you're trying to be funny or attempting to fit in with other Spurs bashers, but it's a bit ridiculous. The Spurs aren't pathetic, nor are they irrelevant. These types of comments are meant for franchises like the Knicks and Clippers who are the laughing stock of the league. The Spurs have been the best team in ALL of sports for the better part of a decade, so it's easy to jump off the wagon or kick them when they're down. Take it down a notch.

I hope Manu goes to the Lakers so I can see him and Kobe play together! Plus I can see him play live.

He would be a great fit in the triangle and could actually run the point for us but my guess he will want too much only TEAM he would give a "discount" to is Spurs ... but that backcourt would be sick ...
And as god as a cutter he is he would do well in that offense.

Sons, nothing to see here, just a decimated Cavs team beating a team they're supposed to beat. Move it along.

He had two three pointers that were worth two points in this game, with those two extra points we would have won the game.
