She was the only one that made sense in that vid. Why should we start fearing teams we've beat up on since forever.

Because for some reason, teams play harder against the lakers, even when they aren't the champs.

So let me put it this way.

If they place twice as hard to prevent LA from winning one championship, think how hard they will play to prevent a repeat?

Also the teams are a lot more even than last year, and as far as i can tell, there aren't any major injuries which would mean this years playoff would be played on a much more level field. (SA and Portland don't count, they just playoff fodder)
