Barnes, Odom still going at it on twitter (http://probasketballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/03/barnes-odom-still-going-at-it-on-twitter.php)
By Kurt Helin
This makes it official -- I want a Lakers/Magic NBA Finals. Only because I want more Lamar Odom and Matt Barnes on the same court as soon as possible.
Let's take you all the way back to Sunday (you remember, you woke up hungover with those stamps on your hand), when after Orlando beat Los Angeles and Barnes was in Kobe Bryant's face, Odom called Barnes "a monkey."
Then Tuesday, Odom kept barking (http://sports.espn.go.com/los-angeles/nba/columns/story?id=4981489).
"That shit that Matt Barnes pulled," Odom said, "That ain't never going to happen again."
Wednesday morning, Barnes was home (apparently with his kids) when he read the quote and responded on twitter (http://twitter.com/Matt_Barnes22/status/10269944195).
"Morning yall up early w/ the babies watchn Dora. Seems Lamar can't keep my name out his mouth maby I need 2 put my sons shitty diaper n it"
Seriously. I want these two back on the same court as soon as possible. Sorry Cavaliers and Mavericks, nothing personal.

Twitter is the best thing to happen to the NBA since Jordan.

Not a bad comeback by Barnes, but he's still the biggest punk bitch faggot in the NBA.

How he acted on the court to Kobe, usually I would say good for Kobe, I dont like Kobe.
But damn, matt barnes, what an asshole.

Doug Christie needs to still be in the NBA and start beef with Lamar. Then they could have a reality show special where Doug Christie's wife and Khloe have a contest to see who can beat up the other's bitch of a husband worse.

That's some funny shit, but it could get ugly real fast. Khloe is such an easy target, even for a God-fearing man like Barnes.
Why is Odom so upset with Barnes vs Kobe? He trying to be Kobe's body guard? Stick a shitty diaper in it LaMer!

Maybe its just me but I think Lamar Odom has been and still the Lakers enforcer. Him and Derek Fisher have the biggest heart in LA. Kobe IMO backs down too much for a guy with a killer instinct.

Too bad they are not playing again in the regular season. I'd love to see Barney try to guard Odom on a switch and watch Odom posterize him.

Why do Laker fans always say that Bryant has a killer instinct?
Bryant has a shooting instinct. He shoots. All the time, nonstop. He refuses to give up the ball at the end of the game.
That's not a killer instinct - it's a lack of trust instinct. It's a borderline psychotic bend toward individuality in a team concept. It's a guy surrounded by unparalleled talent, who renders this talent ordinary by negating their strengths.
Bryant's instincts make his teammates worse, not better. And Lamar is the perfect example. Lamar is the consummate team player, and the Lakers would be lost without him. The Lakers would not be lost without Bryant, as has been evidenced by their superlative team play when Bryant misses games.
You Laker fans keep telling yourself he's better than he is. Don't worry - he'll prove you wrong.

Why do Laker fans always say that Bryant has a killer instinct?.
Laker fans? Do you read the polls and opinions of the media, GM's, owners, and most importantly opposing players? Apparently not.
Bryant has a shooting instinct. He shoots. All the time, nonstop. He refuses to give up the ball at the end of the game.
So is it nonstop or just at the end of games? Funny how he has led the Lakers in assists practically every year he's played. Can he overshoot at times, of course. Your exagerations though are just plain absurd.

You mean like Pau who bitched twice about touches and went on to have one decent game in 10? Unparalleled talent? :lmao
Loving our ordinay 2nd best record in the leage also.

Based on a sample of 5 games? What a moron. Lakers would be a 1st or 2nd round out without Bryant and if you can't grasp that then all I can say is your hatred consumes you.
BTW, Lamar although a great team player is terribly inconsistant and rarely brings his A game for long stretches at a time. Lamar is perhaps the ultimate underachiever on the team.
You Laker fans keep telling yourself he's better than he is. Don't worry - he'll prove you wrong.
Proof that we are right:

That play was shown on Orlando's broadcast, and on the other angle you can clearly see that Barnes didn't even try to throw it at his face..obviously this was a fabrication to help Kobe's image, as usual..
Barnes did his job, LOL @ 10-30 something from the field..

There was no Sun Sports broadcast of that game. Games are never locally broadcast when they're nationally televised on ABC.
You can just keep making shit up though.

Who got punked?
After not flinching you could tell "Mamba" was intimidated because he was pacing from one foot to another like a little smartass kid who just got spanked into his place.
