If she did not have knockout tits and big juicy thighs, wouldn't any other presidential candidate hopeful be highly highly criticized for saying Pat Buchanan agrees with her for declaring war on Iran?
(Pat said the exact opposite she apparently did not comprehend his article)

When Sara Palin cited my column she was saying that if Obama played "the war card" on Iran, that would change the impression of him as a weak leader and change the election dynamic. Exactly my point. When she continued on and said "which I would like him to do," she was referring to Obama moving closer to Israel, the phrase that directly preceded it.
I would not attribute the statement "which I would like him to do" to playing the war card and going to war with Iran, which my column argued against. In her follow-up answer, she seemed to say as much. In short, I don't believe she intended to endorse Obama playing the war card; she endorsed moving closer to Israel, but conceded that playing the war card would probably make Obama appear a much more formidable leader than he appears today, and thereby strengthen, which I implied as well.
Palin's a joke and I don't want her anywhere near the White House, but some of her critics will seemingly pounce on anything as further evidence of her alleged stupidity. It gets old.

This is a nice twist on the meme that Obama delegates too much, twinning it with the theme of Obama as a cunning political schemer, but really, outside of foreign policy (i.e., war) and setting a regulatory agenda for his branch of government -- both areas in which he's been fairly active up to now -- doesn't Obama in fact rely on Congress to pass the laws relevant to his aims, whatever they are?
OTOH, if all you're suggesting is that Obama is a bad salesman I have to agree, but now we are very close to merging with the Dan Rather thread.
