Another reminder just how much RJ needs to play in a style of offense that runs and gets out in transition. Playing alongside a shoot-first PG, like Parker, was a terrible fit for RJ. Parker has been as much a detriment to RJ's poor play as RJ himself. I've said all along that Parker can get his offense anytime he wants to. It was far more important to get RJ acclimated into system than anything else. How the hell the Spurs miscalculated this is a mystery? Manu is really the team's best PG.

Nice to see that everyone is figuring it out. If RJ has to play mainly with Manu, then so be it. Sucks for the opponents bench if these two guys go back to playing from the bench when Tony returns. For now, our starting lineup is formidable.

So now they have a bench trio in Manu-Blair-RJ. I like it, it will keep up the scoring and the energy.
TP and TD are enough scoring punch for the starters since TP gets the majority of scoring and 4down is the only option when the play breaks down.

So I suppose we've settled on our rotation and Pop won't pull a weird one out of his ass?

I think if Jefferson is able to play excellent bball in the playoffs, it will help us tremedously by

1. Winning the championship
2. If the above does not happen, at least his trade value will soar and we can package him + his expiring contract for someone else.

Don't forget Hill along side TP & TD, thats why centrepiece fits with those guys.
But yeah 2 very solid units
