Great game so far. I bought it this morning and have found it to be extremely entertaining.

I didn't own a PS2, so I rented the 2 pack of parts 1 and 2 for the PS3. It didn't really float my boat. I like how III looks, but I really want to finish the first 2 first before I dive into something just based on visuals.

Played it for an hour last night, everything about this game is grand and epic. Too bad I heard it's pretty short.

Plan to get it soon i'm a fan of the series. Heard a movie was suppose to follow this with Djimon Hounsou playing Kratos. Dunno if it fell flat..

Damn this game.

I'm seriously considering dropping the dime on a PS3 just for this game.

Just like I did with PS2 and GoWII.

Buy a ps3 from walmart and rent the game, play the shit out of it for a few days to beat it, then return the ps3 and say it kept grinding or skipping or whatever.

Lol I'm kidding but I know a guy who actually does that. Just always pay cash.

I rented the ps3 gow 1 and 2 and beat them then got the PSP one and beat it too. I have 3 at home but been press for time so I have only played it a hour.

Gamesopt is having a 40 dollars off of GW3 if you trade in 2 games for it. It has to be a from a select list of game on the promo though.

Kratos shouldn't be black though. Kratos is a spartan if I'm not mistaken. Djimon do got the voice for it though.

Djimon Hounsou is great though


Knowing the way Hollywood casts, you guys will be stuck with Adrien Brody as Kratos.

Very fun game to have beaten in less than a weekend...and that's with attending 2 parties and a bunch of other activities. The controls were a little annoying especially with the double-jump...but overall, worth picking up if you enjoyed the first two.

The actual ending? Or the last level in the dark?

None of it really bothered me because I'm already a fan of the series and invested in the characters, but if this were the first game of the trilogy that I'd played I probably would have hated that drastic change of pace in the middle of the final boss battle. I've grown accustomed to Kratos' bouts of emo frustration, though.
