I'd watch a David Simon show about Burleson.

I'm game. Generation Kill was kind of meh for me, but I generally don't like mid-east wars being used as a narrative focus anyways. Hope this is as good as one would expect.

Found this (http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2010/03/hbo-trailer-palooza-boardwalk-empire-treme.html), which includes not only a longer clip of "Treme" but also a preview of "Boardwalk Empire." Don't know much about the second, but it's from a Sopranos writer, stars Steve Buscemi (and others, including Michael K. Williams), and the pilot was directed by Scorsese. So, yeah, watching that one, too.

I wish I was a Richer and had HBO.
I don't have HBO.
But I do have the interwebs, so I'll be watching this show.

He collapsed and died at Cafe du Monde. Such a shame, those episodes had good personality (and were great like every episode of the wire). Rest in peace.

He collapsed and died at Cafe du Monde.
At 48 years old. Pretty sad, really.
But... if you've gotta die somewhere...
