I've never once heard it used as a gay slur. I'm sensing a little bit of insecurity on your part, is there something you'd like to talk about?

It's one thing to call another man a "pillow biter" (which blatantly says he likes to bite a pillow while he takes it up the butt) and another thing if you call a man a "tea bagger" (which he'd reply, "ya, so what? i'll tea bag you and yo momma like it was nuthin"). I don't know the term for the person getting tea bagged, I guess you could make a case for "guy with balls in his mouth" being a gay slur.
