Well yeah. It has been and always will be a size, strength, and quickness issue. But, if you even the playing field with something like a height restriction on the men, I think it could be more competitive than that. Say take the 5 greatest women basketball players all in their prime and pit them up against the 5 worst NBA players of all time who are 6'2 and under, and I say the women could easily stay within 48 points.
