I didn't exalt the enemies, or claim Duncan was done. But after the RRT I did declare that the Spurs seem to have given up and stopped trying (this was after losses in Philly and Detroit). They picked it up right after that, of course, going 15-6 so far.

I am a fan who has been thrilled this decade of seeing the franchise's success. I would like to see more, but if more doesn't happen, then it's all good. They've already accomplished so much more than most franchises ever.

I'll admit it - I gave up on them after the Rodeo Roadtrip. It looked like they had given up on themselves as well. I don't know when, where, or what happened - but I love how scary this team is all of a sudden. I'm really hoping that Parker being back in the mix doesn't screw it all up.

Once the playoffs start its a new season. Teams are going through the motions now just playing out the season. The intensity will ramp up once the playoffs start and the spurs weaknesses on the frontline will come out.

The Spurs are taking advantage of the down the stretch schedule. They can win a round or two but don't get your hopes up too much about a title.
