"Knicks coach Mike D'Antoni doesn't feel Tracy McGrady has a future with the team past this season.
McGrady has averaged 8.5 points, 3.3 rebounds and 3.3 assists in 21 games with New York.
A team source said D'Antoni feels that McGrady has too far to go in his comeback to be counted on next season as an important piece of a rotation the coach expects to be massively improved."

I understand the business side of it, clearing up all the cap space, but he campaigned heavy for him, cuz he thought he could play. :rollin
