As Mr.T once said," I pity the fool" that has to play us in the 1st round, because Manu is blowing up and playing like the international champion that he is....GSG!!!!

You know what it doesnt even matter if this team is going anywhere it needs to be prepaired to face anybody.

We probably will make it.. however how we do depends on which Spurs team that shows up most often. The inconsistent, turning the ball over team, or the fired up team with energy and hustle.

It will all come down to health now. I hope Manu's back holds up. Thank goodness there are no back to back games in the playoffs.

If Portland had lost and added another Loss to their record (over Sacramento nonetheless, a team that's way way down in the rankings), would the Spurs STILL have clinched?

And, if they still would have clinched, why did we need to wait for the Portland-SAC game to be played out before the spurs clinched a spot?

Or, if sacramento had won and portland added another LOSS to their record, would the spurs not have clinched (despite portland having clinched days ago?)

Can someone explain

There was a possibility of a 3 way tie between POR, SAS, and MEM. If that had happened, the two teams to advance to the playoffs would have been POR and MEM, due to 3 way tiebreakers. Since Portland won, there can no longer be a three way tie, and due to different tie-breakers used between two teams, we would win any tie-breaker with MEM.
