I think Maxine Waters views are more mainstream to liberals than "birthers" views are to conservatives.
Besides, it's not like it's a deep mystery that liberals like large government solutions. I don't know why they get so bent about the term "socialist". They should embrace it.

Seeing as how I'm the world's foremost expert on what does and does not matter to me, I'd say it's going great. Now you best run along. I'm sure that your political team doesn't think that my thoughts are important and I'd hate for you to accidently use your brain by thinking about something that doesn't matter.

still wondering why Gore hasn't responded to Obama's drilling plan?
Still worried about whether or not DarrinS gives Obama credit? Because that matters.

Because it's not a drilling plan.

Is it the government's place to devise drilling schemes? I thought all that was better left to business...

WC has made the point that Obama's ruling allows exploration but not production. I haven't read into it deep enough to confirm that, but if he's right then it would be misleading to say that Obama's plan allowed drilling. Basically all Obama would have done is allow the oil companies to look for oil that they couldn't go get.

Even allowing exploration on the eastern seaboard is a big, big deal.

It's all for show, to pull the wool over people's eyes.
Why do liberals fall for these trucks so easily?
