Ducks rags on Manu.

Over his ass????

I see that you still have a problem grasping our native language. Let me know when you can type something I can understand.

SuperManu!!!

I should have been 4 TOs....parker haves butter in his hands!

No doubt what turned this series around was Pop putting Barry into the starting lineup and bringing Manu off the bench.

ducks why don't you chill the fuck out!! nobody said anything about TP in this thread! brewski is a TP hater, we all know that. No need for you to start being a Manu hater. Both had great games today, Manu unfortunately had 5 turnovers, that's a bitch, but he didn't have a bad game. PLEEEEAAASE!!!! GIVE IT THE FUCK UP WITH THE TONY VS MANU COMPARISONS!!!!!

Despite Tim's documented struggles, he still gave the Spurs about 22/11.

But, Manu is definitly MVP. His game 3 changed the series.

If TP would play as a PG, it'd be much easier... but nooooo... your fella has to be a shooting guard wannabe, only he got short.
Where in hell has anyone see a PG (or the "base" as in the spanish-spoken world is know the 1 position) that can miss so many FTs!!! All the rival team has to do is foul on the guy who has the ball most of the time! Thats a new.

manu and tp both a good game

tp had a better game tonight though
not manu
manu just hit his 7 free throws

when you start making them the basket gets bigger as the night wears on
if duncan makes his first two he usually has a good night
same with tp from the strip

IceColdBrewski

No doubt about it. Manu saved this season for us. Dude was a beast in this series. A lot of other Spurs deserve some credit as well. But Manu was the shit in this series.

Seriously Ducks. The Parker homerism has made you blind to our 2nd best player. Manu deserves to be the man of the hour.

Give it a rest kid. This thread was meant to give props to our second best player. YOU are the one that tried to make this into a Parker vs Manu pissing match. But I'm not gonna let you sucker me into it.

Manu is the man of the hour. Plain and simple.

dude did not even average 30 minutes a game in the regular season
he is a good player

I am glad he is a spur

Why don't you two head out back and measure your dicks, okay?

You'd think he said LeBron was a good player or something.

If anybody gives Manu props, ducks will be there trying to downplay whatever Manu's achievements were.

If he can turn ir into TP>Manu, then he is really happy.

Boooooring... let's talk about who was the WORST Spur of the series! That's fun talk after a Playoff victory!

I'm done with the kid. All I wanted to say is that my boy Manu should be the series MVP but he wanted to throw a tantrum over it.

Anyways, back to Manu. :smokin

Game 2: Tim
Game 3: Manu
Game 4: Tim, Tony in OT
Game 5: Tony

I agree though, we'd be lost without our Argentinian.

I agree though, we'd be lost without our Argentinian.yeah, lets not forget game 1, even though we lost that one, he had a good game. Point is, Manu has been the more consistent one of the Big 3 this series. Maybe next series it will be Tony, or Duncan. But this series it has been Manu.

I don't really care about the points, but I do agree Manu was the wildcard in this series. Spurs are a real team though, all should be MVP

Thought so. But that's a lot closer than I thought it would be. [left nut breathes sigh of relief]

According to Rascal, Ginobili is nothing but a role player.

One-dimensional Vince Carter is by far the better player. It's not even close.

Tim, even scoring 39, didn't have as many points as manu in this series....

114 in 5 games, that is about 23 a game, no?

Manu deserves his All-star, no doubt.

You guys are crazy....RASHO was the series MVP !! :)

Seriously, Manu had a great series as many predicted before the playoff's began. Tony had a tough assignment guarding Boykins and Miller.

Before game 5, the ppg were:

Manu: 24.0
Tim: 23.0
Tony: 17.5

That is just amazing! All three had a great series. But, I must say, the player that put us over the top and continously came up with big plays/shots throughout the series....ROBERT HORRY!!!!!!

Seriously, Manu, Tim, Tony could all score as much as they want, but Horry came up big this series and helped us win this thing in 5.

No argument here, but you really think Horry had a better series than Manu?

I am not saying he had a better series than Manu! I'm saying he's the one that continously put us over the top. Game 3 when Tim and Parker sucked, Horry came up with the clutch shots. Game 4, Nuggets were catching up, he stole an inbounds pass through it to Bowen for an easy jumpshot, then proceeded to hit back to back 3's to give us a 10 pt lead. Tonight, same thing. If you're going by stat's there is no comparison as to who the MVP was. Manu was a spark off the bench. I'm just saying Horry may have been the runner up :)

I'm curious about evaluation of game 5, if you check overall Efficiency rankings of that game, Tony had 14 in 35 mins, Manu had 19 in 29 mins, and the best was Tim, who had 28 of efficiency in 37 minutes.
