Kemp's got 5 RBI through 3 games.

I'd put Pujols and Howard above him.


David Wright and him are neck and neck(assuming Wright is healthy).


And yeah, position players. It's hard to compare pitchers to every day players.

I read it as IM saying Kemp becomes a top 5 player in the NL (correct me if I read it wrong Mex), and that's entirely possible. As far as 5 players who are unquestionably better right now:

Albert Pujols
Hanley Ramirez
Ryan Braun
Ryan Howard
Prince Fielder

Gigantes roll into the Ravine tonight. Wellemeyer better be better than he was in his first start.

Kemp is beastly. I think it's definitely possible he can break into the top 5.

Nice bounce-back from the Giants. Lincecum is ridiculous. Halladay is going to have to work hard to pry the Cy Young out of the Freaks' hands.

Wellemeyer sucks balls. Giants need to figure out a better 5th starter. Call up Bumgarner
