What the hell happened to this guy? How does he fall off so badly in one year?

This bitch better gone in the offseason.

The front office should put a restraining order on his ass.

Mason's a one year fluke. Much like Vujacic to the Lakers.

Cant believe Mason was our best offseason pickup last year.

I would actually prefer Vujacic..he at least tries on D..

he hasnt gotten any real playing time, so he had no chance to get into a rhythm, you ignorant piece of human garbage. was this really worth a thread? couldn't you just as easily have made a single post? you suck as a fan and a person. burn in hell.

If his hand is right, he's probably at or close to 40% from 3, but his lack of energy/enthusiasm when he does play is appalling. It's as if he gave up a long time ago.

Inexplicably, when he should have been in the rotation, he wasn't (at least not consistently). When he has no business being in it, he's all of a sudden jumped ahead of Bogans, who was playing his best ball of the season. But when Bogans was playing like crap (like he was for most of the season) he was a fixture in the rotation.

The coaching just get's worse and worse. I don't care if Pop is the best at drawing up plays, if you can't work a rotation properly, you're not an effective coach. Pop used to be able to do this, the last two seasons he inexplicably forgot how.

This is a good point, and definitely strange..

I think Pop's pulling the Nellie...a once good coach who becomes bored with his success and tinkers his way out of boredom, who, even though he may preach humility and appear humble in public, in private is a raging egomaniac who believes in his own genius...

He has no business being out there...plain and simple.

Mason's problem is he is very frail emotionally. He has no killer instinct. Sit his butt for the playoffs. Garrett Temple is 10 X's the player Mason is. And during the summer get rid of Mason, Dice, Bogans and RJ. Get some players who really want to win. Screw those 4 bums!!!

Should've been traded. Should've been benched by now. There's still time.

It's clear he isn't going to shoot his way out of his slump. And even if he drains a few threes, he gives up that much on the other end. He contributes nothing when he isn't scoring. Hopefully he's just being used to give other guys rest right now. He should not be part of the playoff rotation at all.

it's true, unfortunately. Same thing with Hairston, guy gets thrown into games, plays well, defends well, then becomes the last resort after performing well.

Mason's main problem is that the guy has never met a shot he didnt like, seriously. Everytime this guy touches the ball he feels the need to jack it up, which is completely stupid of him...If he just was out there and took wide open shots and knocked half of them down and played some decent D then I would'nt complain...but he's just so damn bad in every area of the game it's hard not to complain...

It's upstairs, he felt slighted by the playing time and it fucked his game up even worse because his head is fucked. Hill can't get back soon enough, we need him and Parker to take those minutes.

Fuckin asshole Derek Fisher
