I'm on RR, and it still waits a while to start.

It's a gif with a 20 seconds delay on the 1st frame. Which means the animation repeats itself once every 20 seconds (or so). The delay at the beginning also allows for the whole file to load up.

It will only show itself to those that pay atention :p
