The Wolves are the worst team in the west - Spurs should curbstomp them. They need to up the intensity and kill this team. Again, what is this scrub team playing for? Another win at this point does absolutely nothing for the Wolves.

Good to know that tonight is the tonight that Jefferson is playing well, Love is playing extended minutes and their team is motivated. I didn't know this was game 7 of the finals.

I also like the fact that the Spurs number one big man, already with bad knees and having to carry too big of a load too often this season, is on track to play 35+ minutes against this team and why? All so that the Spurs number two big man, who's been mediocre this season, can be saved from having to play 15-20 minutes. That makes sense, rest him and pile more onto the other guy, who could probably use a break just as much, if not more.

If Tony's plantar fasciitis and hip flexor are both indeed healed, that's fantastic news for the Spurs. And he's already getting more reps in before the playoffs than we had expected and starting to find a rhythm.

Quote from TP the other day. This is why he's looking good.

“I don't feel anything in my plantar and my hip now,” he said.

“That was the bonus. I was excited about that, because I feel nothing. No more pain. It's just about getting basketball rhythm and finding my spot on the team, because they played a long time without me.”

Before? It was the first game of it and (even though it didn't play out that way), should have been the more winnable game of the two. Pop's lucky the Spurs beat the Nuggets and beat them convincingly so that he could manage minutes, otherwise the loss to the Grizzlies would have stung even more. The point is, his mentality going in should have been, the Grizzlies game has to be a win. At all costs. Then, we take our chances against the Nuggets (similar to the Kings/Suns back to back).

Well there was a couple of people that said TP is a smart player. He is not dumb and with the time out he'll watch how everyone is playing and will come back and integrate himself with the way the guys are playing. Great job from TP tonight. It might only be the Timberwolves, but TP looks like he knows what to do to help the team.

I walked in to the game at that point. It looked kind of serious, as if TP was annoyed or frustrated about something?
