Sorry if this has already been answered, but is there a definite day or are they still trying to decide this?

If Mavs and Rockets go to game 7, then Spurs-Sonics will be way ahead on the Phoenix-Dallas series if the start on Sunday.

The Spurs tickets went on sale this morning at 10am. And they definitely play on Sunday, likely the early game but that's yet to be decided.

This is the time of year that I hate being in the WC. Our games are always later than I'd like, because some inconsequential Boston/Indy series has to have the early slot. I'm glad to be able to catch up on my sleep for a few days. :lol

Try being in Europe. The games start at 03:30 or 04:30 Central European Time. I watch the games streaming live on the Internet because live TV coverage is so limited here in Europe.

thank God for torrents and such blissful inventions. Otherwise you can just observe Boxscores and be very smart. :(

1. Go to the team website. (spurs.com)
2. Look at the calendar. There is an entry for Spurs vs. Sonics, game 1.
3. There is a little blue icon next to the calendar entry, entitled 'tix'.
4. Follow the links.
5. Have a flexible schedule. The time is TBD, so your Sunday had better be clear if you are going to buy tickets.

just move a TV outside...and how the hell can you have friends that don't like basketball? I guess I am rude, but everyone knows that no matter what, if they are at my house and the Spurs are on then I am gonna be watching it...and if they don't like it they are welcome to entertain themselves somewhere else...:lol

I know, I could do that, but I would not be a very good host if I were glued to the screen fir 3 hrs.

I am not one that likes to watch important games in bars or at someone's house because I am too intense and I have to pay 100% attention to the game and hear all the commentary.

It will be much better to record it and watch it later, I assure you.

WGF if your a good host.

Flop them some steaks. Crack open some Buds, and tell em to STFU while the game is on.

Spineless jim, you are SPINELESS!!!

They (Spurs) played on Mothers' Day back in 2002, which was the final game at the Alamodome when the lost to the Lakers. I remember trying to get an interview after the game with Malik, but luckly Robinson and Ferry were the only two still left in the locker room when they opened up the doors to the press. The rest were I guess just pissed that they lost to the Lakers and bolted out the back.

But the Spurs had a great turnout that day, what with it being Mothers' Day and everything.

They also lost on Mother's Day to Phoenix in the last game in the Hemisfair arena....it is bad juju to play on MD.
