Continuing a series-long theme, the Spurs enjoyed a huge edge in 3-point shooting in Game 5. The Nuggets were only 1 for 10 from behind the arc Wednesday, while the Spurs drained 9 of 24 from 3-point range, a difference of 24 points.

The gap in 3-point production for the entire series was even starker.

Denver, which averaged almost four 3-pointers per game during the regular season, hit only 11 of 42 attempts (26 percent) in the five games. The Spurs, meanwhile, hit 35 of 92 3-pointers (38 percent).

All told, the Spurs scored 72 more points than the Nuggets from long range.
