Shanna Crossley traded to Tulsa for Crystal Kelly

SAN ANTONIO, April 14, 2010 – The San Antonio Silver Stars today announced a trade with Tulsa in which they acquire forward Crystal Kelly in exchange for guard Shanna Crossley.

“We really appreciate Shanna’s involvement with the Silver Stars over the past several years and wish her nothing but the best in the future,” said General Manager Dan Hughes.......

this sucks...i liked Crossley. She was coming back from major surgery last season and so she struggled a bit. I believe this season she would have been fully back to her old form.

the silver stars make some shitty moves at times, that quite frankly, i just dont comprehend. i mean if they had intentions of trading crossley, why let helen darling walk in FA? Why pass on Raven, from Texas in the 3rd round of the draft?

What? Why not? Kelly is a good role-player. This leaves the Stars very short on 3 point shooting + guard play and with lots of post players, there's probably another trade coming.
