Maybe they're really conservatives posing as liberal posers.

god forbid that something as sacred as a tea party be infiltrated by others trying to express their 1st ammendment rights.

New Hampshire Democrats are engaged in a statewide search for liberal activists willing to attend so-called tea parties on Thursday and carry signs expressing racist or fringe sentiments, a Democratic source with knowledge of the effort tells NowHampshire.com.

According to the source, who sought anonymity for fear of reprisals, the Dems’ last minute scramble reflects a growing obsession among party leaders that they need to discredit the tea party movement soon or it will overwhelm them come the November election.

Uh-oh. Those infiltrators look like they're taking advantage of a captive audience. In the name of free speech those infiltrators must be silenced!

04-15-2010, 01:47 PM
Do the Democrats really need to do anything to discredit the teabaggers? I mean, it's one thing to complain about taxes and spending, but then you get a huge cheerleader for the Gravina Island Bridge project to be the face of your movement? The only consistent message the tea party movement has is our shit doesn't stink.

baseline bum
04-15-2010, 01:56 PM
Not that the Democrats haven't done a pretty good job of discrediting themselves over the last couple of years.

now that it's been shot from a different angle, that one with Joaquin Phoenix look-a-like now looks real.

You gotta keep any eye on those Tea Baggers. What a group. They think they have a
right to express their opinion. And we know anyone, other than, Dimm-O-craps have
no such right. Next thing you know they will station goons outside polling stations with
clubs to put the fear of Obama in them.

lol, so it's cool for the Tea Party Express to troll townhall meeting but it's not cool for regular folks to troll their outdoor rallies?

I'm surprised no one thought of this sooner, hilarity must ensue!

I think the signs are hilarious. But wouldn't you try to make it less obvious that you are a troll?

I think the Tea Party has a good fundamental idea. It is just that they are showing their hand to be weak by allowing extremest like Palin talk for them.
Tea Party should be the party of reason, instead, they are just Republicans angry at the Republican party for not doing what they said they would for 6 years, and were too wussy to push their agenda while the last administration was still in office...

Methinks the obviousness is the point of it, to skewer the seriousness of their claims.

Who is he and what is his technique?

Also, obvious trolling at ANY rally for ANY cause is hilarious because of the reasons stated by LnGrrrR.

I'm fair and balanced...I'd like to see this done at the Anti-war, Anti-bailout, Anti-Immigration and Anti-Home foreclosure rallies. That is, if people get off of Obama's nut sack long enough to bitch about anything else. :king

Seriously?

Yes, seriously. How is she an extremist? Just because Palin generates a bigger emotional response from people, and tries to market herself as some kind of rogue outsider doesn't change the fact that her political views are purely republican party platform. She's an opportunist. Not an extremist.
