TNT does online coverage of games during the Playoffs. They have different views for the game, and one of them is player cams. You can vote on a player for each team for the camera to follow for a quarter.

I heard they were doing it this year, trying to confirm it for the Spurs game.

I believe they are doing this once per day for one game only if TNT is broadcasting. nba.com will show which game they are doing this.
