First off, not having a CS phone number I can call when someone hacks my Apple ID from iTunes is the dumbest shit I've ever heard of.

Second, since I can only contact Apple via email, why the fuck does it take over 2 days, and waiting, to get a reply? You know what would alleviate this problem? A fucking phone number I could call.

And fuck AT&T, too. I shouldn't have to talk to seven different CSRs to cancel service on a simple landline. And no, you fucking morons, I don't want U-Verse.

I would call tech support and ask to be transferred to customer relations. they should be able to contact iTunes for you.

Tried that.

Tech support dude said only way to contact iTunes support was through email.

If you ask to speak to CR, or say you have a complaint, they should transfer you.
