Manu has something that many players don't: fire while playing and that really bulds up his game a lot more than his talent gives him. That, I'd say it's his main weapon and where gets his game from.

Dirk is great player, the guy is pure talent. But you can't really compare a F and G, especially two who plays the game differently.

But Kobe vs Manu, to me Kobe is more talented a better shooter. Manu is more intelligent and is egoless. And again has probably the most love for this game than most of any player. (Have you ever watched play Nocioni?)
