I'm glad the Spurs won. But I swear we were up by 20 and I was just as nervous as when we were up by 5 in the fourth. Kudos to the Mavs. You know a team is dangerous good when Spurs have a 20 point lead and the fans can't relax for a second.

Crazy round one matchup.

No double digit Spur lead is safe, LOL. But it's a positive sign when a team notorious for offensive lapses can mount one.

not surprised the mavs fought back like that but props to the spurs for not being discouraged and continuing to fight.

:lol

Mos def. The Spurs have a habit of letting big leads slip away...the Mavs are known for their come-from-behind wins. 2-and-2 together: that's scary ass math.

This is the spurs of the last 10 years. The 2003 club was notorious for blowing leads...

I was sure we lost the game when the lead was cut to five in the fourth quarter... the AA Center was going crazy and the Spurs looked rushed and uncomfortable on both ends. Then Tim hits a couple buckets and I knew it was over.

This is going to be a long series. Even if it ends in 5, it's going to take a lot of energy out of the winner.

3 years? I say it goes back to the 03 team too. We repeatedly let 15-20 pt leads dwindle away.

TD and Manu kept the lead safe but it was GHill's corner 3 is what calmed me down.

Hill hit to MASSIVE shots (3 in the corner, two from the left side) to stabilize things a little before TD's big buckets. It's been great seeing multiple guys contribute as opposed to the 2 or 3 we had going last year.....it's also nice to take someone else's HCA away in the 1st round for a change, lol.

I was just grabbin' my popcorn, waiting for the dirk free throw parade that thankfully never came.

Games are made by runs.. I was expecting a last push by the Mavs and they didn't disappoint. This Dallas team is a great team, it will be tough pushing a lead past 20 and holding the lead especially on this stage...

Props to Duncan and Manu putting their foot on the Mavs throat in the 4th..

Quality win boys...

I guess I just expect any lead to dwindle away. I guess it's better then being on the other end of a lead.
