Is Joker much older from that part of the trailer, or is it just the effect when Batman Falcon Punched his face?

I love the first one; played the story mode 3 times already.

Haven't yet

That shit is not easy; you have to make smart moves, especially in stealth mode with 5 armed mofos :lol

What? That game isn't THAT hard... :0

I just turned in Dante's Inferno and Mass Effect 2 to afford Dragon Age. I'll be playing that for the next decade... :lol

I finished the first one and it was pretty fun... I just started with SC: Conviction, and I'm really looking forward to FO: New Vegas...

I think I'm the only one who played it that didn't like Arkham Asylum a whole lot. It was decent, technically sound, but the way people talk about that game you'd think it was simply amazing. I thought it was simply okay. I felt like I was on a monorail going from challenge room to repetitive challenge room. It was a fun game, but I never forgot it was a game for a second. I tried, but couldn't play through it a second time.

I'll make the sequel a rental.

I think the bar was just set pretty low for Batman games. There hasn't been a good console game featuring the dark knight since maybe the original NES title, and even it was hard as shit.

I really liked Arkham Asylum because it was dark, used most of the original voices from the cartoon series, and integrated the characters and story well. The rest was just another action adventure game, but it was still fun using Batty's skills....or just beating the crap out of 20 guys at a time.

The Scarecrow scenes were the best part tbh.

Judging by that trailer, I'm guessing those Hugo Strange rumors for the dark knight rises had some credence.

It happens. I'm always like at least a year or two behind on games. Still working my way through Gears of War 2 and the original Assassin's Creed right now.

Fortunately, being a year or two behind on games also means picking them up for like 20 bucks instead of the 60-70 dollar price tag they tack onto new releases.

Arkham Asylum was one of the few games I got near its release (though it was a gift).

AC2 and Brotherhood are way better. They really fucked up Altair's character development in the first one

I have a problem playing my games for PS3. I own Killzone 2 & 3, Resistance 1 & 2, MGS 4, iNFamous and have yet to touch em.

Also, Portal 1 & 2 :lol.

I've downloaded Infamous - free game from PSN's welcome back package - and still midway through it

I nearly always wait for these type of games to drop in price. I really want to play Infamous 2 right now but I'm going to wait. I'll likely wait for this to drop too.

I probably WONT wait on Uncharted and Mass Effect.

In fact most of my games have been purchased that way. Its just so much cheaper and you get the same thing for the most part.

Dex

I buy pre-owned all the time. If I have the option of buying new or pre-owned, I'll buy the pre-owned. Ive never had any trouble with used games (as far as being scratched or not playable) and I don't need to spend an extra 15 bucks just to rip the original cellophane off.

Good to know about Assassins Creed. I like the first one, but find it getting stale quick. Just rinsing and repeating a lot of the same missions and objectives in the same old locations.

Currently waiting for this game, and Skyrim to drop. Might have to actually drop the dime for them. Also thinking about picking up a Wii at a pawn shop or something just so I can catch up with Zelda Twilight Princess and be ready for Skyward Sword, which looks like it could be the best title since OoT.

Went up to Walmart to pick this bitch up. They have a deal going where if you buy Arkham City you get a free copy of Arkham Asylum: GOTY edition with 3D glasses included. It's a pretty good deal considering AA: GOTY still runs for ~$30. I also got a free AC T-shirt to go with it as well :tu

Also, if you buy a can of NOS energy drink, you can redeem the code online for a Batman Beyond skin for the game: http://www.drinknos.com/rewards.do?itemId=15766

On a side note, Catwoman plays like Spider-Man. It's pretty badass.

It's fun - not really worth $10, but nice to see Robin more aside from the Riddler challenges.
