If somebody applies for a CC account in their name and decides to add a secondary user to the account("authorized user") and gets them a card too(each card has a different name on it for each person involved)..I've heard that the primary user's negative actions could affect the secondary user, even though I thought it all fell on the primary user for applying in his own name, is this true?..

Also, what happens if the secondary user never activates their own card? Does it make a difference or are they on the same account either way?..
