I think Houston had a better shot...

No... I want Phoenix more, just like I wanted Denver in the 1st round.

I don't care who we play mind you... it's just a question.

I want Phoenix but have a bad feeling it's going to be _allas, with AJ and his knowledge of the Spurs playbook leading the way :(

Yep, but not if they play the way they did against the Rockets for six straight games.

Who would you guys rather face in the WC Finals?

I think it's a tough call...I'm still not sure on what team would be a better match-up for the Spurs.

Nowitzki, who has been sick with a cold, finished with a series-low 14 points on 5-of-14 shooting. Howard had 21 points, 11 rebounds and three blocks, and Michael Finley scored 13. Darrell Armstrong's 3-pointer in the closing seconds provided Dallas with its largest postseason margin of victory ever and dealt the Rockets the most lopsided playoff loss in franchise history.

other historical note: Dallas is first team to lose the first 2 games @home, but win the series.

Untrue.

Lakers did it in 1969 vs. SF Warriors and Rockets did it in 1994 vs. Phoenix.

i think the suns will win but i think it will be a great, long series -- destined for a game seven.

i think it would be nice to see nash defeat his old team, only to lose to us in the next round of course. :)

I originally thought Dallas was a lock for the WCFs, but the way Dirk played last series makes me wonder if he's 100%. If he doesn't step up his game, the Suns may win in 5 or less.

I would have to disagree. All Houston has is TMAC. Yao would get too exhausted with the fast pace style of Phoenix and would get dunked on multiple times by Amare. Phoenix is the team that Houston matched up the worst with. It doesnt really matter anymore cuz Yao has gone fishin' back in China.

Phoenix will run the Mavs right out of the gym. Count on it.

Mavs will beat the suns.
But I would rather face the Suns so that noone can blame our win over the mavs on us not facing the "best team" (some people think this way)

And so we can put it to the so called MVP for yet another playoff series

I think Dallas will win, but I'd like for the Spurs to take out the team with the COY and MVP on it.

Either way, it's Spurs in 6 over Dallas or Phoenix.

I'll be satisfied with either one

If its the Mavericks its always the satisfaction of bitchslapping Dallas around again and this time the extra sweetness of possibly revenge against that little cockroach Avery Johnson and getting through him

The SUNS i really would like to see the SPurs dispatch because everyone has been on the SUns jocks all damn season and i'm sick and tired of hearing how fucking great and invincible the Suns are. I'm sick and tired of hearing about them and would like to see San Antonio beat them out!

Well the Suns can beat the Mavs. At least in one game.

5-0 so far.

11 more wins to go. :)

and the suns against the lakers in 92-93 but that was a best of 5 series.

It seems to me the other way around. Everyone picked Spurs before, during and now to go to the finals, so I don't see how everyone has been on the Suns jocks, just that they are much better than they thought they would be at the beginning of the season.
