Amazing shot and it definitely wasn't a fluke. However, if you practice the shot a lot, you don't have to be a physical beast like LeBron to shoot that like a normal jumpshot. You might not make it at the same rate as LeBron would, but you keep practicing that, you wouldn't have to heave it after a while. You'd shoot it like a long jumper.

I was going to say it's not that impressive because I can make a half court shot or a shot a little further back if I put my arms low, extend all the way, and lean in to the shot...or if I wind up and do a football throw.

Most half-court shots are dependent on the backboard to absorb the over-application of shooting strength and channel the ball into the basket... do you realize the kind of finesse and awareness of one's self it would take to swish that isht?
