I would point my finger at the San Antonio Spurs, and if we're talking especifically last night, at George Hill.

It's as simple as that, no point trying to search for excuses and a scape goat

this lost credibility the first 10 seconds when the one idiot blamed Dirk. Thats the most ridiculous thing ive ever heard. The guys averages in the top 5 in playoff production of all time.......

The Mav problem is accountability. They have an owner who is an enabler and promotes the excuses of his players by playing the blame game. Whether, you like Pop or not the one thing that is a constant is that he demands that his players take responsibility for the way they play. No excuses are exceptable. When the Spurs loose to a man they blame the team and themselves. When is the last time you saw a Mav player say anything like that. They fired Avery because he wanted his team to show that responsibility. Things won't change for the Mavs until the players take responsibility. If the fans were smart they would demand the same.

hahahahahahhaa!!!!! you're the one who just lost credebility BIG TIME !!!

first of all, nowitzki isn't even in the top 20 playoff performers of all-time

second of all, the guy wasn't talking about him not putting up stats he was talking about him not having enough leadership and that's always been true ... the guy doesn't have the mental strength to do the necessary thing swhen it matters most (play defense, attack the rim, etc.) ... nowitzki has no agressiveness, he's just playing weak

idiot.

the mavs problem is that Cuban continues to believe that Dirk is the man to lead his mavs to the top ... which he's clearly not... they need an alpha-dog down there .... the closest thing they had to an alpha dog was Avery Johnson and he got dropped after he led them to the finals lol

I blame Pop! That man can't coach his way out of a paper bag!

Trade Manu for fish and chips!

Trade Tony!

Trade Tim!

fuck the bench!

Time to blow up the team and start rebuilding!

Skips points about Dirk waiving his finger and Va-JJ pounding his chest is what Ive been harping on all series (to some of yous dismay).

They get waaaaayy too happy about early game leads. They get a sense of accomlishment when there is still plenty of time left in the game.

This...

Has ALWAYS been the killer for the mavs organization.

this is today on ESPN very funny and true.

Funny yes, but stupid. It's Mark Cubans fault for saying he hates San Antonio ?
That's an insult to the Spurs. So they'll only play hard if you are 'insulted' as if it's a secret Cuban hates San Antonio ?

Those guys are squirrels. Every one of 'em. ESPN is trash.
