What the hell is "chick rock"?

So a couple weeks back I heard the new format on 106.7fm at some shop, so I put it on in my car and have listened during some short car trips. It's okay. But their tag line is something like "World Class Rock--no silly pop, disco or wimpy chick rock".

What is "chick rock"? Examples please :)

:lol I've never heard that song!! But are these the same guys who sing the one that goes "I loved you before I met you"? I saw them on Rosie O'Donnell's show a few years back and I thought she was gonna devour them right there. A real switch-hit!
