I say that if there is, it will be Bonner.

Steve had a history, even with MJ, of hitting his 3Gs in the playoffs.
Bonner has none.

No, there won't. Better hope the regulars can get the job done. That said, if we play Phoenix in the second round, Mason will hit some big shots.

George Hill.
George is playing with a lot of confidence right now. I certainly expect a good game from him tonight.

I don't see anybody on our roster that will play that role, although I do believe they wanted it to be Bonner or Mason.

This team doesn't have any role playing "shooters" that have the balls to be a Steve Kerr-type..I don't consider Hill because he's much more talented as an overall player than Kerr ever was..
Mason would seem like the ideal guy, but he sucks..

This thread has definitely motivated me to break out my 2003 championship dvd to watch the 4th quarter of game 6 versus the mavs. Seems like a good way to get fired up for tonights game.

If it's Bonner ... you probably forgot to set the alarm.

George Hill did it in Game 4
Please don't mention Bonner is the same sentence as Kerr. If Bonner doesn't pony up, nail some shot and bring it tonight I am gonna be pissed.

Love that dvd. My fav part of that Spurs/Mavs segment is Mengke Bateer's translator jumping up and down after each 3.

If somebody hits some unexpected clutch shots tonight I expect it to be McDyess

Heh, I just so happened to be watching that earlier today. Probably my favourite quarter of any game ever. A 23-0 run - tremendous!

Dejuan Blair is the only one with knees as rickety as Kerr's so I expect to see a long range bombing Beast some time soon.

I like that mavs fan who yells "you're a punk Malik" when he's shooting a free throw.

George Hill.
I'd rather see George continue his 2003 Stephen Jackson act.

Good point. Stephen Jackson is the one who pretty much carried us in that game right???

Hill's going to have to commit way more than 1 turn over per 120 minutes to be playing like 2003 Sjax.
I'll take him being the 2010 George Hill.

This is the one question I have had all year -- who will be the one-- we been most successful with a MOFO for the three bomb in championship runs -- Who will be the spurs next kerr, horry, or barry?
