WTF? In a word, no. You need a wifi hot spot, usually book stores or airports.

Build a 500 gigawatt antenna on your roof. Probably illegal and good luck with your energy bill. Or move to a city with city-wide wifi already built. Guess you could drive around and hack into other peoples access points too.

Yeah it's called 3G and it runs about 30 bucks a month.
