Why does the NBA do this? I've never understood it. I guess the NBA can do it because they don't reseed after the 1st round. I still think it's stupid. I don't think different rounds should overlap each other. The 2nd round shouldn't start until all series in the 1st round have been decided. The Celtics and Cavs play game 1 of their 2nd round series tomorrow night. Game 7 of the Bucks-Hawks happens Sunday afternoon. Are you a fan of this? It seems like it gives teams(The Magic) who wrapped up their series fast an unfair advantage on days off because they can't play until the winner of the Bucks-Hawks series is decided.

Yea I know what you mean. It really sucks... especially if you have an older team.

Playing in the east is a great advantage in itself but as always its up to each individual team to close out their series quickly.

Also I bet the NBA and the television networks want it this way.

Playoffs are really rushed. I like it because basketball games that actually matter are on every night, but it sucks when you have an old team.

I'm good with it. I love having multiple Saturday and Sunday games in the first two rounds. As for the Orlando comment, that's the benefit you get by earning a high seed and being able to play the Charlottes of the league.

What are you talking about? They have no back to back or 3 games in 5 nights like the regular season. Their is always a day off.
