Almost... :depressed

LAL bench showed up this game when they needed them the most. Kobe returned to Kobe, and yet you were 1 rebound away from making it a 7 game series. Your future is bright! :toast

This is turning out to be a perfect scenario. The Jazz have and will always be a nice tune up. And we get to 1) Watch the Spurs torment the Suns again and send them home screaming conspiricy in which case our boys will then send the Spurs on to their years of irrelevance. 2) Watch the Suns show the Spurs just how old they are and thus the Lakers get to be that last hurdle they still cant get over.

It's like, how much better can it get? The basketball god's do indeed love us!

Not fear. It took all of those factors for LAL to win against an undersized 8 seed with Durant not playing well for most of the game. I am actually quite confident in the Spurs' chances if they meet LAL. If OKC can give them a run... the Spurs already have an upset under their belt and might look to add another.

Nope, I'd rather play the soft, no bench, slow guard Lakers than the cinderella story OKC with the best player in the western conference.

LOL at Durant shooting 35% for the series, good job Artesticles. LOL at him going 5 for 23 tonight & shooting more FT's then the whole Lakers team by himself.

I have nothing but respect for the OKC team. They we tough and gritty. I consider them better than the Spurs and a more difficult challenge. That's the past anyway. It's about moving to the next round, you don't look back. You talk about seeds and yet you forget, you are the 7th and even though you say it was an upset for you to win... come on... it was the Mavs. That's like getting a bye.

I have alot of respect for all the NBA teams. The Spurs deserved the 7 seed and weren't playing their best ball. In my opinion, they still aren't. That is why I consider it an upset. Having said that, at the rate they are going now, they will most likely give LAL serious problems should they meet in the WCF.

But first... The Suns and Jazz.

But it wasn't the Spurs that played OKC, it was the Lakers. The OKC series for the Lakers was a perfect situation for them through a xo's standpoint. OKC is a fast, very atheletic team that would give ANYONE a hard time. Anyone. I'll agree that LA has some PG issues and though the Lakers did get manhandled by this young team, the Lakers persevered ultimatley. The way I see it the OKC series was a nice clinic for the Lakers. OKC is perhaps one of if not the fastest team in the WC.

The Lakers won the series. Not bad for a "no bench, slow guard team"

You know, I'm not going to put up with all the Culburn crap this time.

First of all, I have no idea why you guys are all obsessed with him. He's not that important or special.
Secondly, I have no idea why he acts like a certifiable weirdo 90% of the time.

What I do know is that I hate that it dominates threads.

So...
