The Jazz will be bidding to avoid becoming the 14th team in NBA history ever to be eliminated by the same team in three consecutive playoffs.

The Jazz have lost 14 consecutive games to the Lakers at Staples Center, including all six in the 2008 and 2009 playoffs. Their last victory came Jan. 1, 2006, with Gordan Giricek, Jarron Collins and Keith McLeod starting and Bryant suspended.:whine

No homecourt = Jazz automatic elimination. I'll guess LA takes the series 4-1. Then again I don't even remember if Denver had HOA, but I didn't watch a single game in that series and they don't count since they're a mess.

boozer is the loudest guy in the nba. you can always hear what he says, that said i wonder how long it will take for them to call him for his usual shove in the back

Just don't see how Utah can be competitive here. Not sure what the hell happened to Denver.

The Lakers will make mincemeat out of Jazz just like they have always done. The Jazz have been ass kicked so much by LA they have no real belief they can win.

It's a shame OKC couldn't block out Gasol on the put back. It would have been nice seeing LA sweat at home in a game 7.

That Breen guy for TnT acted like somebody stole his cookie after Westbrook grazed the rim on the final shot. I thought the poor schnook was gonna cry.

Even when healthy the Jazz got destroyed by lakers. The Jazz only won because nuggets missed George Karl.

Yep, it was Karl the whole time. Not K-Mart, nor Nene.

Just Karl. His influence over the refs was sorely missed. Dantley just mumbled and looked at the floor.
