Neither Pierce nor Allen are showing up, which doesn't bode well for the Celtics with the way the bench has been playing.

LOL, Reggie Miller: "And the King RISES FROM THE THRONE."
Um, King of what exactly? I actually like LeBron, but this "King" nonsense is laughable.
The king of the regular season obviously. Respect the back to back regular season champ.

I wonder why more athletic players don't do that. Tip the ball off the backboard and go right back up for the put back. Points + rebound

What's crazy is that the game is still within reach... As long as the Celts don't breathe too hard on the cavs, they should be ok.

After being ahead for 3 quarters, the Celtics need this one. Cleveland has played poorly for the most part and have stayed in this thanks to some Boston mistakes and the officiating. This is Boston's best chance of winning away from home.
Reportedly, Phoenix had Z's expiring, JJ Hickson, Cleveland's next 1st round pick, and maybe some other filler for Amare on the table.....and Cleveland said they didn't want to trade Hickson. Thank god they were so stupid because that trade leads to a Suns lottery birth, but I'm baffled as to why they didn't do that.
Danny Ferry should be flogged in the streets. Bron probably has the final word on all trades. He might not have wanted amare...he probably thought he could do it without him.

I've found myself rooting for Boston. I never thought that could happen, but it's getting increasingly difficult to root for Bron. Either way, this is a win-win situation. One of these teams is going home heartbroken...i can find enjoyment in that.

Of all the talk of douche bags who play for Boston, Rajon Rondo on top of being a douche bag willingly does selfish shit that hurts his team, and he's never talked about like KG is for being a prick.

sons I am a season ticket holder with the Hornets and I still keep up with the playoffs, but I don't take the NBA serious. to me its a cool time to go to the games and get drunk with friends, but this isn't a legit sports league. I encourage most of you to not take the NBA serious. the shit is so controlled by the refs its not even funny. sports entertainment is what the NBA has become.

The game gets physical down there. That's how it should be called. I have NO idea why there were calling all those ticky tack rebounding fouls in the 3rd quarter. Both teams got those shit calls, but obviously Cleveland got more to go in their favor.
Cavs turned up the defense. The Celtics couldn't guard their shadows and missed everything.
Btw WE GET IT TNT, Lebron hurt his elbow, jesus christ players play through nagging injuries all the time (Kobe and Tim Duncan come to mind). Get off his nuts.

Well Celtics could have pulled this off, but had that lazy moment in the third I was afraid of. Got away from good ball rotation and swarming D. And the refs were pretty one-sided.
Boston better foul the shit out of Lebron next game, and hard, when he even gets near the rim.

Lebron is always saying the right things after a win.
After he hit the game winning 3 on Orlando last year at the end of game 2, he said in the interview after, "I traveled on that play before great call from the refs" when we all know that he would have been bitching about the travel call had his team not won the game.

son someone needs to step up and foul the shit out of Lebron. I'm talking an old school James Posey type hard foul that gets him ejected, but sends a firm message to the league that this bogus shit isn't acceptable. make that bitch pay. hit him hard.

Ladies and gents, we just witnessed "the Elbow game". ESPN and TNT will now proceed to use the word "elbow" once every 5 minutes throughout NBA coverage

LOL at Boston with another one of their 15 point fourth quarters...This was the perfect game for them to steal & now they'll probably lose by 20 next game...Same shit happened to LA vs OKC in game 3...Lakers controlled the whole game until the middle of the 3rd quarter & then OKC got all the momentum off horrible calls & stupid shots.
