Spurs.com twitter said he wouldn't wear a mask after he wore it in practice and would stick with the bandages. But this black mask isn't the one he wore in practice, so maybe the Spurs staff made him a couple of designs to see which one he likes. They are probably pushing him to wear a mask of some kind.

Manu Ginobili has been fitted with a clear mask and is wearing it while practicing jump shots.
After trying the mask Ginobili said, "I don't see myself wearing that." He says he will stick with the bandage.

I think he should wear it. It looks really intimidating. I know I wouldn't want that think running towards me :lol. By the way is it any surprise that once Manu slapped that bat on Halloween night his fate was sealed and is slowly turning into BatManu :).

i don't know why he doesn't wear a mask. he's one blow to the nose from being out of commission. he really shouldn't risk it.

hahahaha they would show all the highlights on the 'sports channels' and during thecoverage of the spurs-suns games would be forced to show clips of manu in a mexican wrestler mask schooling the suns...there could hardly be anything more epic.

what's the risk of playing without one? obviously he can rebreak his nose worse off than it originally was broken, but how much worse?

don't know why but i would feel more confident if manu played with the mask. it seems to protect him more.

i really hope he's not hampered by this nose. we have the real manu for the 1st time since 2007. i want him to keep on going.

i read that yet, but is it confirmed that he will have to have a surgery on that nose ? i didn't see too many quotes from manu about how he's feeling with this broken nose.
